How do I get a tracking number for my shipment?

If you have selected a shipping option for your order that is eligible for a tracking number, you will have two methods of obtaining a tracking number. When we ship your order you should receive a confirmation email at the address you supplied with your order. You will also receive an email from the courier selected when they have picked up your package from our shipping department.

Our more economical shipping methods typically do not have a tracking service. If this is the case, the tracking number field in your web order shipment confirmation email will state "NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS METHOD".
